You must adjust the drawer to fit the + or - zero point 2mm tolerance...good luck with that.
But how to determine the distance inside the cabinet from side to side, accurately !
Fit the drawer tracks with 2x1 offcuts, and fix ply wings to them, and slide onto the runner parts you fixed inside the cabinet and ensured were level..!
They will slide without any effort. Now carefully clamp the wings with plates. Check the new fake drawer base slides easily. Remove with care and measure. Transfer measurements to correct your drawer. If this fails, scrap the drawer.
