Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @trayci. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Eden screening.
Cats are extremely agile creatures, and I wouldn't have thought the Eden Bamboo screening would pose much of a barrier to them. It's only 1.8m tall, and an average cat could almost jump clear to the top of it. A bit of a scramble, and they'd be over. Typically, you'd need an inverted overhang to stop them from climbing over a fence. You might like to check out these posts: How do I cat-proof my backyard and How to stop cats climbing fences.
