How to fix Kaboodle bin coming off runners?

I’ve just installed a Kaboodle double bin to a  pull out door.
Each  time open the door which pulls the bin drawer out the left side drops down from the runners. I have removed the bin from the runners numerous time and put them back in again thinking it’s working now, then it drops again.
How do I rectify this please.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your Kaboodle bin runner.

Looking at the photo you posted it seems that the locking pin is missing. This could be the reason why the runner keeps slipping out. It's possible that the bin was pulled with too much force and snapped the locking pin. You'll notice on the diagram I've placed below how the locking pin is positioned. If you can't see the pin in the runner odds are it has snapped off.

If you've recently purchased the bin and still have the docket, I suggest visiting your local store and speaking to the In-Store Kitchen Specialist and asking them about the warranty of the bin and what your options are.

In the meantime, I suggest taking extra care when pulling the drawer out until you get spare parts to repair it.
