Do you have access to underneath the bath so an entirely new waste can be fitted? If not, you can use one of these repair kits if you can't find a suitable plug.
That appears to be a unique and proprietary plug for that particular waste. I'm unaware of any direct replacements that would suit. Hopefully, you can find a new standard plug that would suit your current waste. You'll need to take a measurement across the opening of the waste and match that up with a plug in store. These multi-fit plugs are convenient as they suit several different-sized wastes.
