Hello, i was wondering is the percentage of isopropyl alcohol this item is because i want to use it for cleaning thermal paste but i need 99% or less so could you just verify the percentage

Yes, Diggers 125ml Isopropyl Cleaning Alcohol is 99 percent alcohol. Here is a link to its Safety Data Sheet, you'll see it in the composition section in number three. I've used this alcohol for cleaning off thermal paste on motherboards and video cards.
