I need to get the rainwater (from arrow) to storm water (circled). looking for specific items to buy. The temporary solutions will be to weak. I’m thinking 50mm pvc tube to Fence and then along. Thanks

The conventional way would be to use a downpipe adaptor to convert the downpipe to 90mm PVC pipe. You'd then go down under the soil and add a 90-degree elbow. It would then be a straight shot across to the stormwater pipe, where you'll tap into it with a junction. 50mm is too small to be connected to a 100 x 50mm downpipe and wouldn't meet requirements.
This would be considered plumbing work in many areas, so it's best to enlist the services of a professional to complete it.
