I'm converting an old shed and want to insulate under a new (level) concrete floor that will be poured on top of an existing concrete slab. What is the best underslab insulation to use in this situation?

I spoke to my trade specialist today and they recommend using "Foilboard Slabmate". It's a special-order product and can only be ordered in pack quantities. The smallest pack you can get is the one that is 100mm thick and it comes with five sheets. I propose speaking to your local stores trade specialist to get more details about the product and how long it will take to get into the store.
