How to fix a leaking airconditioner?

The unit just runs water like a trickling tap. Our property manager just suggested us to replace a new one🤨 (Basically she suggests us replacing everything whenever there is an issue lol)

Can this be a cheap fix ? Or we should really replace it lol

I think this one is outside the scope of the Bunnings Workshop community @ivanptr. I suggest you get an air conditioner repair specialist in to assess whether the unit is serviceable or needs replacing.
