How to build a floating deck with overhang?

Hey Everyone 

I have recently been doing some renovations and I was thinking of adding a 3m x 3m deck in the back corner of my backyard, I am looking a lot doing a floating deck with some overhang to hide the deck blocks (either tuff blocks, or delo instant foundation) 

I am hoping for some overhang as seen in the picture uploaded but I am unsure of the best way to have the blocks for support when trying to achieve this look

This guide I put together matches exactly what you're after: How to build a deck. It's 3 x 3m, and the joists are supported by pedestal feet instead of having them on the outside frame, so you get that floating effect.
