I built my own door using aluminium sheets and timber (all from Bunnings) for an abnormal dimension doorway between my hallway and family room/kitchen. First time I've ever built a door, but I wanted an industrial look, and couldn't find anything for less than $1200. Total cost including paint, rail and screws was under $500. Hanging was easy as well.
