Finally, getting around to replacing it... Those would be the parts you need. Regarding these doors being standard, they are for Kaboodle cabinetry. Whether they suit your cabinet is not necessarily guaranteed. Do you know if it's a Kaboodle cabinet?

Thanks! Not sure what brand/model. It's a pretty old house. I'll hunt for some tags or labels!

Your best bet might be to just try the doors to see what that gap looks like in place. You can always return them if they don't fit.
