We have two boxed gutters in the porch of Medical Centre. What would be good to do waterproofing of Zincalume Boxed gutters. Thanks.

Can you please clarify whether this is old or new guttering? If old, is it rusting and leaking?

Hi Jason, thanks for your reply. Old gutters are rusted and leaking. Can those be fixed? Otherwise, We plan to get new ones and would like to make them waterproof and Rustproof.

Would it be possible for you to post a few photos of the gutter? This will give our members a chance to assess its condition. We can them make recommendations regarding its repair.
I don't recommend waterproofing your Zincalume gutters, this is because condensation between the waterproofing and the zincalume surface acts as trapped moisture. Extended exposure to moisture will result in the acceleration in rust formation on its surface.
A zincalume gutter does not need any extra protection as it has been processed with anti-rust features already baked into the gutter.
