I suggest going to your nearest store and speaking to the special orders team. The remote controls product number is SS5066, the special orders team will need to call Arlec to get a price for your remote.

Unfortunately, I can't find an infrared heater that matches up with this number.
Can I trouble you to double-check the model number of your heater?
Some photos of the heater could also help me track down the specific heater that you own.
Once I have this information, I will contact Arlec to see what we can do.

I've spoken with Arlec and our Spare Parts team who have unfortunately informed me that they are unable to source spare remotes for this product.
If it is still under warranty, you can return it to the store of purchase with your receipt and swap it over for a new one. If you no longer have the receipt, give the store a call and ask to speak with a manager, they will be able to help you reprint your receipt.
If you run into any issues, please get in touch and I will reach out to facilitate a replacement.

I'm having trouble finding a heater with that model number. Can I trouble you to double-check the model number for me?
Is it possibly one of these two options?
I will contact our suppliers to confirm what can be done when you can let me know which model of heater you require a replacement remote for.
Let us know if you need any assistance selecting a new heater, if one is required @NiceBunns. There's a wide range of ceramic tower heaters available in store now that we are coming into the cooler months.

I suggest filling in the questionnaire on the Bunnings Spare Parts Page. Bunnings have a dedicated team that can track down the part that you are after. You can also call them on 1800 772 737 so that you speak to them directly. They'll be asking you about the brand and model name of the heater which will help them track down the remote for you.

You can either go to your local store and speak to the special orders team and ask them to provide you with a spare part quote for the remote control, or you can go to the Spare Parts Page on the Bunnings website. They'll ask you for more information about your infrared heater.
