How to fix shower rail?

Hi the shower rail is coming out of wall from the hole. It just only one year old house. How can i fix it. I have no skills at all for even minor home repairs. Please refer to pic and video. I can see there a glue around hole in the wall. I have pushed it back in the wall but it is still lose.

It appears that the top mounting fixing has failed or requires tightening. You'd need to disassemble the rail and examine the mounting fixing to determine what's going on. It might simply need to be tightened, or perhaps the tile is compromised. If you are unable to see how the rail mounting system is disassembled, then you might like to enlist someone to complete this job for you through services such as Hipages or Airtasker.
