Do you need a controller for Holman deck lights?

Hi,

I'm looking to add deck lights in my backyard and was looking at holman deck lights which come in packs of 6 or 10. I also see controller being sold separately. Im not looking for any fancy RGB wifi controlled lights. Just lights with a switch somewhere accessible. Do I still need the controller or will I be able to connect the lights directly that will provide the required watts?

The Holman 18mm Warm White Deck Light - 10 Pack will need a power pack such as the Holman Warm White Garden Light Transformer Hub. This unit will provide power to the lights and has no other functions.
