What solution would you suggest for a kitchen drawer that the laminate is missing?

It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing a vacuum-formed coating.Due to the position of the damage, repainting the areas to disguise the damage might be the easiest option. The alternative would be to fill the areas with Builders Bog, sand them smoothly and then paint, but that would require sanding of the area, which could damage the surrounding benchtop. Potentially, you could fill the damage and then paint the entire benchtop which would lead to the most convincing repair.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell

Your cabinets have a vacuum-formed coating @kevin_brown7. They basically heat it up and suction it over the timber. Laminate can't be adhered to curved surfaces like that and only flat ones. That's why you'll typically only find laminate cabinetry with flat sides.
