How to renovate 1.9 x 1.5 laundry?

Hi All,

I need assistance with a laundry renovation idea.

Our laundry room is small and very tricky to navigate given that the washing machine and dryer is pretty much set on the middle because of the door opening and closing.

Looking to brighten up the room and adding features like panels on the opposite side, keeping everything white and having herringbone white splash back. Also looking for storage on the side space as well as above.

Just need to know if anyone has any wisdom on this! Thanks!

Ideally, it would be best if we could place the washer and dryer side-by-side, as per the rendering I've created for you below. If you replace the tub cabinet with a 450mm wide sink cabinet, would that give you enough space to place the appliances next to each other in the middle without the doors interfering with them?
