You can try as more extreme measures
Rubbing Alcohol
:: Tea Tree Oil
:: Nail Polish Remover
It depends on the stain as to effectiveness
worst case lightly sand the area but that will need re sealing afterwards.
Are the marks from a ball-point pen @muna?

It's great to see you've already received some helpful suggestions. I've just tried @Jewelleryrescue's suggestion of nail polish remover(Acetone), and it takes ball-point pen marks straight off timber floors. Remember your PPE including a facemask, safety glasses and acid-resistant gloves.
