What are the best products to use to fix large deep cracks in hard plaster, I know I need to render first, then top coat, but what products are the best?

I'd suggest using Dunlop 20kg Multipurpose Acrylic Render for the bulk filling and then Gyprock CSR 20kg Hardwall Plaster for the top coat.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell
