Who to consult about cracks in garage wall?

Our garage is made from cinder blocks (Besser Blocks) and over the past few months, cracks have developed and continue to get larger.
I'm not sure who I should contact about getting this looked at. Can anyone recommend what type of tradesman/company would specialise in fixing or giving advice on such a problem?
