I suggest having a quick look at this guide - How to change a shower head. It will show you a step-by-step procedure on how to remove your old shower head and replace it with a handheld unit.
The shower head suggested in the guide is the Estilo Chrome 3 Function Hand Shower & Connector Set. It's easy to install and put together.
