how do I change the washer on this tap

It's a pleasure to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about changing a tap washer.You might like to have a read through this helpful step-by-step guide: How to replace a tap washer. Basically, you'll start by turning off your water and unscrewing the cold water button on top of the handle. You'll then pull the handle off exposing the spindle, which once again needs to be removed.
