Moved into a new house and this is the set up... What trap do I need as there are some wierd smells coming up!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about which sink trap to use.
I suggest using a Caroma 50mm P Trap seeing as the pipework leads to the wall. In this particular situation, I suggest engaging the services of a registered plumber. A great deal of the plumbing connections will need to be modified as to whoever modified it, did not do it correctly.
By using a plumber, the plumbing modifications will be done to code and the docket will be proof that it was done by a proper trade's person.
