Hi I have had to replace broken and non existant mortar between natural stone. What is a good sealer for the mortar and how do I remove the residue from the stone?

I'd recommend using Chemtech 1L Brick Tile And Paver Cleaner and a Mr Clean Tuffmates Brick and Concrete Brush to remove the mortar slurry from the stone. Remember to wear appropriate PPE, including a facemask, safety goggles, acid-resistant gloves, a long-sleeved shirt and trousers, and enclosed footwear.
Crommelin 4L Water Based Paving Sealer would be suitable for sealing the mortar.
