How to fix the patio roof leaking (when heavy rainfall)?

My patio's Roof was leaking when there was heavy rainfall.

I can see some black Rubber stuff fell to the round in between the gap.

I tried to contact the roof person and he said he couldn't access the patio due to the patio can't supporting a body weight   

Is it anything I can do about that before winter

Unfortunately, this is likely an issue you will have to employ the services of a drainage specialist for as the issue can only really be fixed from above. Detecting roof leaks can be challenging due to water's ability to travel and the intermittent nature of leaks. If the roof structure can't be walked on, visual inspection becomes impossible. Hiring a drainage specialist is essential in such cases, as they have the expertise and tools to diagnose and address drainage issues without direct access to the roof, ensuring the building's integrity. If you've already contacted a tradesman who has declined to quote, it may be worth looking on something like Hipages or True Local for another opinion.
