Hello experts, just trying to calculate the amount of litre's needed for waterproofing under tiles on blue gyprock, the area is 240 x 200cm which is double for the 2 x coats required, is 4L enough? thank you

Just a friendly reminder that waterproofing your shower must be installed by a trained professional as the installation must be inspected and signed off.
If you have an area of 2.4 x 2 meters, the total area would be 4.8 meters. A tub of waterproofing will often have a coverage area written at the back of the container. For example, the Crommelin 4L Shower Waterproofing Membrane has a stated coverage of 4 square meters. This is obviously not enough which means that you'll need an extra 1 litre tub to make up the difference.
