Can't keep this plant healthy

I bought this plant to support the bees but it has dried up while it is supposed to bloom in this month.

I need to go outside for a picture first. (but it rains heavily) 😄

Here they are. My Delpiniums.

They are planted in a sunny area as instructed. They should be blooming in this period.

It has been very hot and dry recently but they started to deteriorate before that.

Any ideas?
