How to remove toilet roll holder?

 Can anyone please tell me how I might be able to remove this part of the toilet roll holder? I’ve manager to get the toilet roll arm off but now I can’t get the wall mounted part off. I’ve tried a few different screw drivers, Alan keys, etc with no luck. I’m keen to remove this so I can install a new one. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is brilliant to have you with us.

It's hard to tell, but it looks like there is a grub screw where I have circled above. I would suggest this needs to be removed then the cover plate can slip off to reveal the mounting screws. 

If this is not a grub screw, I would suggest that the cover plate is just a press fit piece that can be levered off with a small flathead screwdriver.
