Hi, I'm going to paint my iron fence which has concrete posts and timber rails. So 3 different types of materials. Could someone please recommend a paint to spray this fence? Thanks in advance!
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @DougNZ. It's fantastic to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about painting a fence.I'd recommend a multipurpose self-priming exterior paint such as Dulux Weathershield. It's suitable for masonry, timber, and galvanised iron surfaces. Prepare the steel by scrubbing it well with Sugar Soap and a scourer before flushing it with fresh water. This cleaning process ensures a sound surface by removing any loose powdery corrosion. Allow the fence to dry before spraying.

Thanks Mitchell, very helpful advice.
