How to revive Camelia that has lost leaves and flowers?

What’s happened to this camelia.  It’s gone from having lots of buds and leaves and flowers to losing leaves flowers and vitality.

Its received the same treatment as the other camellias next to it. 
The question is can and how to save it?

Despite receiving the same treatment as its neighbouring camellias, the decline of your camellia from a vibrant plant suggests a specific health issue. Notably, the health and vitality of the potted plants seem to diminish progressively along the fence, possibly due to varying environmental conditions. One significant factor could be sunlight exposure, with the end plants receiving less light. Differences in watering, soil quality, and potential pest or disease infestations might contribute to the decline. Your camelia looks quite sickly, and you likely won't be able to save it. Consider relocating it to a spot with balanced sunlight and protection from harsh elements. Prune dead or damaged parts to stimulate new growth and apply a health tonic like Seasol. Check the soil's moisture regularly, and only water when the soil begins to dry out.
