Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about adding a drawer under your oven.
I suggest having a quick look at this guide - How to add drawers to a kitchen cabinet. The steps mentioned can be applied to your project.
The general steps would be to measure the available space with the drawer runners included. Once you finish measuring you design a drawer box for the area. Choose your materials, cut the necessary panels and put the box together. Do one more test fit to make sure everything will fit and then paint it and put the panel in front of the drawer box.
