Need a replacement connector to fix the rack. Any suggestions welcome.

If you are referring to the Hills Premium 12m Extendable Airer, I suggest taking a picture of the fixed side and showing it to the team at the special orders desk and see if they can order a spare part for you. Showing them the fixed side will give the team a better idea of the part you are after.
