How can i repair the crack in the facade in front of the house?

There are several cracks similar to these and how can I fix them?

I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to fix render cracks in front facade of my home? by @pratikpatel. The general steps are to clean the cracks with a Josco 3 Piece Hand Wire Brush Kit and remove all the dust and debris. The cracks can then be filled with a filler such as the Polyfilla 500g Exterior Brick and Render Masonry.

Once the filler cures, you can then do a bit of spot painting to cover up the patches made on the wall.
