Townhouse laundry upgrade using Kaboodle

The old laundry in our townhouse was beyond average!

We decided to update it, but wanted to keep on budget and keep things modular and simple whilst looking great.

Using the Kaboodle planning tools along with Bunnings online shop we were able to do exactly that.

The only hiccup was some asbestos found behind the old sink which held the project up about a week while it was professionally removed.

Very happy with the update and outcome and the quality of the products!

Step 1

Started with the original laundry. 

Step 2

Original Laundry was removed.

Step 3

Kaboodle kit was installed

Step 4

Tiling installed

Step 5

Tiling finished and tap ware and basin installed

Step 6

Roller tracks installed

Step 7

Plastering and Painting to finish!

Coat of finish added to the bamboo!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your ultimate laundry upgrade.

It's good to know that you took all the safety precautions regarding asbestos. The upgrade looks marvellous, and the benchtop really stands out. My favourite part of course are the double sliding doors which have technically given you more space as there is no longer any need to provide swing space for the doors.
