How to hang a full length wall mirror?

Hi. Does anyone know what hardware is required to mount a full length wall mirror with this backing? There is only 1 and it’s central. Am concerned that if I hang on a screw, it could shift side to side with the flat edge space that is there…doesn’t feel like a secure option.

Mirror arrived with no instructions for hanging. Many thanks!

I can't imagine what else they would intend for you to hang it off other than a screw driven into a timber stud. Once it is hung on the screw head, I wouldn't have thought it would move around at all unless it's bumped. Were you able to contact the supplier to see if instructions are available? How much does it weigh?
