Western Australia's wild flower emblem is of course the Kangaroo Paw (Anigozanthos manglesii) and many of us have had the heart braking experience of seeing them ruined by snails, small White Italian Snails (Theba Pisana).
After some truly extensive trials I believe we may have the answer and we have named it "Pestorf" which is a non toxic spray which will not harm the family pet or the local Stickleback Lizard and it does not even kill snails but it sure sends them running for cover. How enviroventally friendly is that?
