Laundry make over on a budget. 

Materials

Paint, new ceiling light on sale, second hand laundry tub, cupboards and secondhand back door, tiles, tile glue, grout

Tools

Drill, tile cutter 

Steps

Step 1

Sanding, removing of old laundry tub

Step 2

Clean windows and sanding of wooden window frames

Step 3

Replacing of old back door 

Step 4

With painted secondhand door

Step 5

Sand and paint wooden stairs 

Step 6

What a beautifully revamped laundry. Your judicious use of paint and the replacement of key items in your laundry has pushed it into a more modern setting. Re-tiling the floor is one the best things you've done to the room as it has removed that utilitarian look and has turned it into a proper room. The uniform white colour gives the impression that it is actually bigger and hides the exposed pipework.
