I would like to try and get the washer out as not much water comes out I have a mondella shower head how do I do it thanks

Thanks for sharing your question about your shower head. If your shower head has a water saving disc and is not providing enough water for your shower head, I propose changing it to a Flexispray Flow Restricting Disc WELS 3 Star 9L/min. The general method is to turn the shower head connection anti clockwise where the shower arm meets the neck of the shower head.
I propose putting a soft rag around the neck if you are going to use a shifter. This will prevent the fitting from getting damaged or scratched. Using a 9L water saving disc will prevent you from using too much water while you shower. Once you've replaced the water saver, simply screw the head back in a clockwise direction.
