Chest of drawers upcycled with chalk paint

Always surprising to find what is hiding under layers of paint and dark varnish 

Materials

Paint stripper, paint, varnish, sanding paper, drawer handles, whitening stain and varnish, shelving paper 

Tools

Ryobi sander and drill

Steps

Step 1

Used paint stripper to remove old paint and dark varnish. Gave it a good sanding.

Step 2

I painted the sides and in between the drawers with white chalk paint and varnish with Cabotane satin varnish, the top and drawers I used whitening stain and varnish and attached the drawer handles
