How to insulate a tilt garage door?

How do you fix the therma foil to a tilt door? I’m keen to insulate two tilt doors.

Was there a particular therma foil product you had in mind? We carry the GI Building Sciences 10mm 0.5 x 24m 12m² Reflecta Garage Door Insulation. Here's the installation guide. The product is attached with silicone caulking.

thanks for this it’s exactly what is was looking for. The stiff insulation I was concerned about how to fix it to the door.
