How to fix leaking high pressure hose on Ozito water pressure unit?

I have the ozito 1800w 2030psi high-pressure washer, and it is leaking at both points where it connects to the gun handle and the unit itself. 
I have checked the O rings, and they are OK. I have tried reversing the high-pressure hose, but it makes no difference; water spouts out from both connections. 

I am 100% sure the pressure hose is fully locked at both ends, so I don't understand why the leak is occurring.
Any help appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your pressure sprayer.

I haven't encountered any issues from other members, but it's odd that you are experiencing the same problem at both ends of the hose. If the unit is within warranty, I'd certainly recommend returning it to a store for assessment. If the unit is not under warranty we can continue to try and troubleshoot the issue.
