How to repair dampness in garage seeping from brick?

We have dampness in garage coming from this corner it looks dry from outside wall no signs of water coming from inside roof even when rains no sounds in wall I had a roofer repair pointing in that section and fixed all broken tiles on roof now showing dampness on a normal dry day used to only show up with bad rain is this rising damp?

would I need a plumber or brickie who can diagnose this problem and repair

I would suspect its moisture traveling slooooooowly through the bricks and down to the concrete. It would be something to keep an eye on and maybe write down when it rains and then when the base gets damp. Does the conrete or brickwork feel wet to the touch?

Looking again at your photo is that a window frame next to the brick piller? If thats the case then I would say its your likely cuplprit 🙂 I had a few months of trying to tarck a water leak down only to find it was a tiny bit that I had missed sealing on a fixed window.

Any chance of a photo of the outside (a little further back) and one of inside but further back?
