Can you use a clear coat on kitchen cabinets?

Hi , 

does anybody know if i can use a clear coat to clear coat my kitchen cabinets?. I am using dulux renovation range , i know there is a clear coat for the renovation range but i have read the reviews and it doesnt seem to good. Can i use these products to clear coat over the top of the renovation range.

Thanks for sharing your question about the clear coat for the Dulux Renovation range. I can only recommend the Dulux Renovation clear coat as it is the only one certified compatible with the Dulux Renovation range paint set. Using any other clearcoat might have an unpredictable result. 

My best advice is to follow the application process carefully and making sure that the paint has fully cured. Poor preparation and applying the clear coat too early will result in an undesirable finish.
