How to replace door locks?

Two different locks!

Front door is a common looking latch. It's getting harder to get our keys in so I'm thinking the thing to do is replace the barrel. Can I get the right part @ Bunnings?

Back sliding door lock. Works fine but we've been left no key by previous owner so can't lock/unlock from outside. So need a key. What can I do here? Prefer not to replace entire lock.

Thanks for sharing your question about your door locks. Before you attempt any changes, I propose using lock lubricant in the keyhole to lubricate the locking mechanism of the door lock. Hopefully this will loosen the mechanical parts of the lock. If it does not help and the lock continues to be stiff and difficult to use, you can then begin to explore the option of replacing your door lock cylinders. 

Your first two pictures are an earlier version of the Lockwood 001 Double Cylinder Deadlatch. Due to its unique design, I'm not sure if your able to replace the key cylinder mechanism of the unit because it is integrated into the body of the lock. You might be able to change the front part but not the one integrated into the handle. the following two other photos appear to be similar to the Whitco Blaxland Black Patio Sliding Door Lock. The locking mechanism for this is integrated into the handle as well and can't be replaced with a generic set.

From a service point of view, it would be more cost effective to change the locks to a single branded set such as the Lockwood. You can use the Lockwood 001 Double Cylinder Deadlatch along with the Lockwood Onyx Dual Handed Patio Sliding Door Lock. You can then order a keyed alike set from the special orders desk. The other option of course is to engage the services of a locksmith the cost of which will go on top of the parts you'll be purchasing.
