I've damaged my kitchen bench. Can I fix it and how? Or I need to replace the whole bench?

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I'm afraid the damage is too severe to be fixed, and I can only suggest that the benchtop be replaced at your earliest convenience.
I recommend measuring the length and width of your benchtop including all of the outer edge. Bring these measurements to your local store and speak to the in-store kitchen specialist and they will provide you with a quote on how much a replacement benchtop will cost.
