Need 1/4 inch collet for old Ryobi R-151 router.
where can I find one?

Unfortunately, because that router is quite old, Ryobi no longer supports it with spare parts. However, you might want to check with local tool repair shops, as they sometimes carry older parts or can guide you on where to find them.

This tool is a little over 10yrs since being discontinued. So, as @MitchellMc has suggested your best bet will be to take it to a local powertool repairer. Its possible that they can find a collet that will fit the internal sleeve.
