How to remove wall top shower spindle?

Hi All

I have got two different type of spindles one its knob has a hex screw when you undo the screw you can remove the knob, and others I don't know how to remove it the knob

Those look to have a nut under the handle head around the shaft. They require a special tool, which you'll find in this Kinetic Spout and Handle Repair Kit. In step two of this guide, you'll see it being used: How to replace a tap washer.
