A moody and mature bedroom for our Lego, Hot Wheels and PlayStation loving 8 year old.
The ‘client’ brief was :
• Everything green
• A TV & PlayStation
• Somewhere to display Lego
Steps
Step 1

Depending on the length of your walls, you may need to cut the panels down.
Tips:
1. Work from the back of the panels, not the front.
2. Use masking tape! This helps with marking as well as holding the felt when cutting with a circular saw.
Step 2

Once measured and marked up, cut slowly with a circular saw.
Tip:
1. There is quite a bit of flex in the panels so you will want a flat surface to cut on or someone to hold the panel.
Step 3

Ideally you would screw through into the studs however this may not be possible due to the spacing of the timber pieces. Either way we found the panels to be very secure on the wall.
Using black screws through the felt works great and the screws aren’t visible at all.
Tip:
1. You can use Liquid Nails as an extra way of securing the panels but not necessary.
