Hi we have no pressure in shower only someone sad change the taps

In order to give our members a better idea of the tapware installed; Can you please post a few photos of the tapware? Was it just the taps replaced, and did it include the shower head as well? Any extra information you can share with us regarding the installation would be very much appreciated.
