I'm about to install the Estilo semi frameless shower screen with door and I would like to know which sealant would be optimal to seal the screen/frame against the ceramic tile?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
I'd suggest using a neutral cure, clear silicone such as this Translucent SikaSeal Kitchen And Bathroom Silicone Sealant.
